I have spent my career in roles that demanded clarity, responsibility, and sound judgment, often in moments where decisions truly mattered. As a Special Operations Marine and later as a Lieutenant with the San Francisco Police Department, I learned early that leadership is not about titles. It is about responsibility, discipline, and accountability when the stakes are high. After completing my Master's degree in Finance at the University of San Francisco, I transitioned into the financial sector, where I have spent the past decade focused on understanding risk, protecting capital, and building structures that perform across market cycles. That experience shapes how we operate today.
Every project we pursue is underwritten with the same mindset I carried in uniform. Prepare thoroughly, act deliberately, and never compromise the mission. Our firm was built on a simple principle: capital protection comes first. Returns matter, but they must be earned through disciplined strategy, transparent execution, and aligned incentives.
